Preston Elementary Lab

This summer and early fall, the Elementary Media Center computer lab was upgraded significantly with 30 custom built PCs.
The PCs arrived unassembled. A perfect opportunity to demystify the inner workings of a computer for Preston students.
Preston computer students begin to assemble computers.

All the older computers were replaced with slimline cases and LCD monitors. The basis for going with a simple design is to minimize the need of maintenence on the individual computer and optimize it for network and internet use.
