Preston Elementary Receives DRA Grant
The Preston Elementary school was awarded 2,580 dollars from the Dubuque Racing Association. The grant was used to purchase new projectors for the elementary classrooms. Seven projectors were purchased and placed in elementary classrooms for teacher, student, and guest speakers to use on a daily basis. Currently, teachers have been using the projectors to showcase student work, view educational websites and videos, as well as allowing students to showcase their PowerPoint projects they create.
